The "milkman model" certainly seems more sustainable, and at the surface the intentions seem noble...but it makes me suspicious when such a venture is announced in Davos amongst billionaires, is the product of "big" everything and descriptions are littered with adjectives like "premium" and "posh".
What about sustainability initiatives that are actually, meaningfully accessible?
