@schestowitz I still can't see straight after rolling my eyes so hard reading Google's response in the Hollywood Reporter articles. The opening statement was "Youtube is an open platform".

You're right though. Litigation is useless and misguided. The solution is to leave Youtube, maybe break it up. Youtube's ”success" (domination) is a symptom of systemic failure somewhere that needs fixing.
